Group Chat Realness was the podcast by Venita Aspen and Sophie Gold.

Sophie Gold is an avid reader, executive producer, and fire starter. Hailing to America from England, Sophie has an unparalleled drive and passion for her craft. During the Summer of 2020, the peak of the BLM Movement, Sophie messaged Venita Aspen to talk about their experiences as black women. From there, they took their conversations to IGTV.
Then the podcast was born.
